Delivery:  Same day or next day depending on stock.  Some items may take longer due to custom order and production.

We provide a door to door delivery service, however our delivery driver will assist you with moving your products into the home depending on difficulty and help.

Delivery date will be arranged with you prior to delivery. On day of delivery we will call to confirm and arrange a 3 hour delivery window with you.

There must be someone at the delivery address who is over the age of 18 to sign for delivery.

If there is no one at home at the time of delivery, our courier will be unable to complete the delivery. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery and additional charges may apply. To avoid additional charges, please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is at home on the set delivery date advised by the store or courier service.
